People First Bank Foundation Community at Heart Appeal 2024

Growing stronger communities is at the very heart of what the Foundation was set up to achieve.

We are very excited to launch our third annual Community at Heart Appeal. 

In 2023, we proudly supported Zephyr Education collecting 207 lunchboxes and 374 water bottles through the appeal.

This year we will be supporting two amazing charities.

Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Northen Territory will again support Zephyr Education by collecting water bottles and school lunchboxes for children starting a new school as a result of domestic violence.

In South Australia the appeal will support Backpacks 4 SA Kids by collecting pyjamas for children and youth who have become displaced from their homes often as a result of a trauma and with little to no personal belongings.

The appeal opens on Monday 12 August and closes on Friday 16 August 2024. During this time, the community can drop off the needed goods at any People’s Choice or Heritage Bank branch.

This is a great opportunity to come together as a collective to showcase what having Community at Heart can achieve.
